Emily Wade Photography - Terms of Service

Welcome to Emily Wade Photography (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking services with Emily Wade Photography, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before proceeding with our services.

1. Services Provided

Emily Wade Photography specializes in portrait, wedding, lifestyle photography. Detailed descriptions of our services can be provided upon request or found on our website.

2. Booking and Payments

Booking Fee: A non-refundable deposit of [amount or percentage] is required to secure your session date and time. This deposit will be applied to the total session cost.
Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due no later than [number of days] before the scheduled session.
Payment Methods: We accept [list accepted methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.].

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Client Cancellations: If you cancel your session, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed with at least [number of days] notice, subject to availability.
Photographer Cancellations: In the unlikely event Emily Wade Photography needs to cancel, we will either reschedule the session or issue a full refund, including the deposit.

4. Session Policies

Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a discount or rescheduling.
Conduct: Client and participants must conduct themselves respectfully during the session. Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session.
Weather and Location: Sessions may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of the photographer.

5. Image Delivery and Rights

Turnaround Time: Final edited images will be delivered within [number of days/weeks] via [method, e.g., online gallery, USB drive].
Usage Rights: Emily Wade Photography retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive a limited, non-commercial license to print and share images for personal use only. Commercial use requires prior written agreement.
Model Release: By booking, you grant Emily Wade Photography the right to use images from your session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, portfolio, and marketing materials. You may opt out by providing written notice before your session.

6. Liability

Emily Wade Photography will take every precaution to provide high-quality services. However, we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure, natural disasters, or accidents beyond our control. Liability is limited to the refund of payments received.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is used solely for communication and delivery of services. We do not share your information with third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the state of [Your State]. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Oregon.
